About the Studio
At Worth & Wing, we believe that exceptional design is about more than aesthetics; it’s about creating spaces that resonate with the lifestyle and aspirations of those who inhabit them. Every project we undertake begins with a collaborative journey, working closely with our clients to explore their vision and translate it into a design that reflects their individuality.
From concept to completion, our team is dedicated to ensuring that every detail feels intentional and that each space speaks to a sense of warmth and belonging. We approach each project with a passion for craftsmanship, transforming thoughtful ideas into spaces that truly feel like home.

A color nerd, a nostalgia junkie, and a furniture fanatic. Kristen thrives on artfully curating spaces through the use of furnishings, texture, color & pattern. She has a knack for creating inventive ways that help with visual square footage.
Kristen’s deep respect for the thoughtfully designed space comes from an educational background in interior design, and an introduction to the personal importance of home at a very young age. Her family line is filled with rug hookers, timber framers, artists, interior designers, upholsterers, and craftsmen & musicians.

Will is a strong advocate for working side-by-side with builders, craftsmen, artisans, and town boards. His approach emphasizes building lasting professional relationships to ensure that each project is crafted as uniquely as its inhabitants, reflecting a deep commitment to quality and collaboration.
His journey in the residential building industry began with early jobsite training in wood framing, which laid the foundation for his career. An apprenticeship with a prominent architectural firm brought him to Martha’s Vineyard, where he gained valuable experience in designing and managing high-end residential projects. This exposure to all phases of the design process deepened his fascination with blending the classic New England vernacular with modern-day styling.
